Since opening in April 2016 we have brewed and served more than 200 unique recipes.

FUTUREPROOF
In this Imperial IPA, we’ve blended pale and crystal malts with mountains of Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe hops.
This is a super hopped modern IPA with very little residual sweetness, clean bitterness and enormous flavour and aroma.

FIRE ISLAND
Five varieties of malt, pale through to roasted and pale chocolate gives us this deep ruby red colour and just a little roast flavour. Then we added a boatload of Centennial, Amarillo and Mosaic hops. We thought about using less than a boatload but that was just a moment of madness.

IVAR Kreuger ”The matchstick King” has been called many things but his genius as a businessman can’t be denied. He built an empire on matchsticks with his companies supplying almost 75% of global demand. Export Lager.

SOUND CITY
On top of a simple but solid malt base of Pilsner and Maris Otter, we threw in a boatload of hops. Actually a boat with a shed on it.
Columbus for bitterness, then Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic for flavour and aroma. This is a super hopped modern IPA with very little residual sweetness, clean bitterness and enormous flavour and aroma.

An above average IPA. Brewed with Citra Hops.

Simple and straight to the point. It’s beer, it shouldn’t be complicated.
